Lara Ortega Carrasco

Lara is a Master Architect graduated from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain. She has designed several facilities in Morocco and Middle East such as housing, cultural centers, and a library in Fez, Morocco, as her final thesis.

After her studies and while extending her skills in BIM management, Lara joined Albaker Architects and has been developing several hospitality projects in Egypt and Qatar.

Always supporting that the architecture should be underpinned by a powerful idea, an idea that should be intelligent, honest and logical response to functionality and sense of place. A response to light, proportion, site, materials, function, space, scale and culture.
